Ooh! Wow! Not to say anything negative about your avatar, but this STOMPS your avatar. Your avatar- even though it's just a cropping of this- cannot do this picture justice! Good thing I looked at the whole version! 
I like it when people crop an image they made for their avatar. I did it myself also, but unlike your picture, the picture I cropped from was obviously crappy.
